Listen, to walk in and take a look around you would fairly assume that it’s going to be less-than-great BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG! This little, tucked away gem is quite possibly THE BEST sushi I have ever had (and I have eaten sushi everywhere!) We have abandoned all our other sushi places and exclusively come here. I cannot recommend it enough! My only complaint would be that they serve sodas from the can and not a fountain. Otherwise, superb!

We have been back a couple of times and feel comfortable and happy with the service. The food is always so good. Thank you! Cuban (shrimp) & Maki roll pictured. The deep fried sweet roll I don't remember the name of.

2nd time here and it's delicious. Seems like all the 1 and 2 star reviews are old and things have been taken care of. Rolls are huge and delicious! Also there are only 2 tables once you walk in, but there are an additional 6 tables in the back down the hallway, so plenty of seating to dine in.

Came out to try somewhere new! Very delishious sushi and very nice and tentative staff. Everything came out super quick also, which is awesome for sushi.

Super good. I tried the Bonsai, Mom Special, Cuban, Mango Habanero, Dragon, and Hulk. They were all really good and I would rank them in the order listed above. There isn't a lot of sit down space, so I'd recommend to go.

Bonsai Sushi is awesome! I know that they do not have too much tables to dine in, but either way you choose to dine in or take out, you will love the sushi from here! I’ve tried different options and they were delicious. There is a plenty of different options both spicy or not spicy. I recommend it to all sushi lovers! Super recomendado si es que te encanta el sushi! La comida es rica y tienen mucha variedad para todo los gustos! Te encantara!

We traveled around the state of Utah and this was one of our groups favorites places. Some of the best sushi I've had, for some of the best prices. It's a small little place, but easy to see how it's the highest rated sushi place in Provo.
